Al Khayart is building a high-end boutique hotel for EPTCO (Enterprises for Property and Touristic Investment) that caters to elite business clients. The proposed Boutique Hotel is located in the commercial area of Swefieh, in close proximity to Wakalat Street, Amman, Jordan. The Hotel is envisaged as a high-end hospitality provider that is aligned with the highest brand names in Boutique Hotels. The hotel shall give emphasis to luxury, thus aiming to attract the increasing number of business men and women that visit Amman in search of exclusive hospitality services. The hotel shall consist of executive suites over four floors with the addition of 4 basements for parking and services. Each room is intended to be designed with an exclusive and modern interior design theme that reflects the upscale brand of the Boutique hotel.
