DESCRIPTION:
A multistory commercial building. The project was constructed on plot number 3674 basin number 33 Al- Madina - Zahran area. The total built up area of the project was 6535 M2 on a plot area of 715 M2. The building included four basements levels (utilized as parking and services), with ground floor, mezzanine floor and seven typical office floors. The project had a unique design which is glass and solid high tech surfaces located on an important corner plot. Quality curtain glazing and light cladding panels used for building facade, two main entrances, two high speed lifts, two fire escapes.
