• Nasriyah Water Treatment  
  Concrete plant 60m3/hr operations and maintenance, concrete delivery to construction site using 10 concrete mixers and two concrete pumps ready at construction site to pump ready mixed concrete onto structural members (Walls, Foundation, Columns, Beams & Slabs) of the water treatment structure: Intake, Water Pumping Station, Water Filters, Ground Water Tanks, Elevated Water Tanks, Ancillary Buildings.

• Overhead line root survey
  A Joint venture with a Turkish company, Mitas to do: Route survey, positioning of OHL towers, design of steel towers, soil investigation, design of steel towers foundations, construction of steel towers foundations including precast concrete piling driven into soil due to weak soil structure and bearing capacity, supply of steel towers and conductors and other materials for the 132KV OHL, steel tower erection, OHL conductors stringing between steel towers, grounding of steel towers, commissioning and training of Iraqi staff at MOE.

• Power infrastructure
  Consortium with ABB, Sweden to supply power to MOE to rebuilt the Iraqi power infrastructure to include: Engineering & supply of complete 400 KV GIS substations, Engineering & supply of complete 132 KV AIS & GIS substations, Engineering and supply of complete 33 KV AIS & GIS substations, Supply of power transformers 400 KV 132 KV 33 KV, Supply of Shunt reactors 250 MVA for 400 KV substations, Supply of mobile substations 132 / 33 KV 25 MVA and 132 11 KV 25 MVA, Supply of protection relays, Supply of 400 KV 132 KV and 33 KV complete CB’s and spare parts, Supply of KIOSK 1000 KVA and 630 KVA.

• AL-khayrat building
  An offices building located in the heart of Amman, Jordan. All offices located with a view over Amman city. The building consists of 5 floors, 25 offices with 3031 M2 rentable area plus two parking floors. Each office is equipped with kitchenette, central A/C, telephones and internet service.

•  Zahran Avenue
  A multistory commercial building.  The project was constructed on plot number 3674 basin number 33 Al-Madina - Zahran area.  The total built up area of the project was 6535 M2 on a plot area of 715 M2. The building included four basements levels (utilized as parking and services), with ground floor, mezzanine floor and seven typical office floors.  The project had a unique design which is glass andsolid high tech surfaces located on an important corner plot.  Quality curtain glazing and light cladding panels used for building facade, two main entrances, two high speed lifts, two fire escapes .
